Observatoire is a Housing managmenet system. It is to manage details about houses which can be rented or are already rented. On the basis of these details statistics can be generated in the form of Charts/Graphs and projections on Maps. This statistics or we can say reports are use to analyse market flow of renting houses. It store information of all the houses with rent history, how many times it has been rented and at what price, current status of the house etc.
