This web application is developed for 38 dept. of France. It is about property management, and maintains the complaints lodged by tenants for wear and tear and repair works to be done by owner of the house. It is used to save and fetch all the details pertaining to a house. Along with that, there is Statistics module, which displays flat report of the housing details, as well as export to Excel functionality. The User management is also available and depending on the role of the user, the modules can be accessed. Different values displayed in the drop-downs, are all maintained through Master tables management module, wherein user gets listing of the values, as well as they can add / alter those values.
