Every project is different — and so is every client. We offer three engagement models to suit different project types, budgets, and working styles. We are also happy to combine models across different phases of the same project if that is what makes most sense for you.

How we work with you

Fixed Price Model

The Fixed Price model works well when the scope, requirements, and timeline of a project are clearly defined upfront. Deliverables, costs, and milestones are agreed before we start — so there are no surprises on either side.

Payment is structured around milestones, with the final amount due on delivery. This gives you full visibility over what you are spending and when. If your requirements are not fully defined yet, we can work with you to elaborate on them before committing to a fixed scope — that is part of our process.

Best for: Projects with well-defined requirements, clear deliverables, and a fixed budget.

Time & Material Model

The Time & Material model suits projects where the full scope is not clear at the outset — whether because the product is still evolving, requirements are likely to change, or the work involves a significant degree of discovery and iteration.

Under this model, you pay for actual hours worked, tracked through weekly timesheets and progress reports. We assemble the right team for your project and you pay a monthly charge based on team size and composition. As the scope becomes clearer, we can convert to a Fixed Price arrangement if that suits you better.

Best for: Evolving products, early-stage builds, and projects where flexibility matters more than a fixed cost.

Dedicated Team

With the Dedicated Team model, we build and manage a team that functions as a direct extension of your own. You assign the work; we take full responsibility for delivery — including identifying the right people, setting up processes and standards, and ensuring consistent quality and communication throughout.

This model works particularly well for ongoing development and support, where requirements change frequently and you need a reliable team that does not require a formal change request for every adjustment. There is no overhead of hiring, onboarding, or managing individual contractors — we handle all of that.

Best for: Ongoing development, long-term partnerships, and clients who need a reliable team without the overhead of direct hiring.
