Request for Quote

The first step is to gather all details and specifications from you to understand the scope of the project. You can reach us via our Contact page — just tell us what you are trying to build. Share any reference sites or apps you appreciate from a design or functional point of view.

A formal Requirement Specification document is helpful if you have one, but it is not necessary at this stage. We are used to starting from a rough idea and helping it take shape.

Project Evaluation

We set up an online or in-person meeting based on your location and availability to make sure we have all the details straight. This is where we ask the right questions, clarify ambiguities, and make sure we fully understand the problem you are trying to solve.

At this point we share our recommendations and give you a clear ballpark on budget and timeline — no vague estimates designed to get you through the door.

Formal Proposal & Agreement

If you are happy to move forward, we put together a formal proposal for you to review. The proposal also acts as a contract and outlines our process, the project details, and associated costs.

We want you to know exactly what you are paying, and exactly what you are paying for. No hidden costs, no surprises mid-project.

Development Phase

We assemble the right project team for your work — each member selected by matching their experience and skills to what your project specifically requires. A dedicated contact remains your primary point of communication throughout and is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery.

During development we provide regular updates and actively listen to your feedback. This is a collaborative process — we walk with you through it, share our suggestions, and course-correct together when needed.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Once development and integration are complete, we put the application through a thorough quality control inspection — testing for bugs, edge cases, and broken flows across devices and browsers.

We only consider a project ready for launch when we are genuinely satisfied with the result. Once it passes our standards, we make it live or submit it to the relevant app stores.
