Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to help us expand our client base in high-potential markets. This role involves generating leads, setting up client meetings, and closing deals, focusing on software development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in target markets (US/UK).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present and pitch our services to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our technical team to create proposals and quotes.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT services sales (preferably .NET and database solutions).
  • Strong understanding of the local market and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

Compensation:

  • Fixed monthly retainer or commission-based (negotiable based on experience).
  • Performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Profile:
Technical - Must haves
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in .NET Technologies
  • Proficiency in C#
  • Knowledge of LINQ and/or Entity Framework
  • Proficient knowledge in SQL Server or MySQL or other RDBMS & Ability to write queries
  • Basic proficiency with writing markup (HTML & CSS)
Technical - Nice to haves
  • Familiarity with the client side framework i.e. React or Angular
  • Knowledge of Azure-based development
  • Ability to develop APIs with authentication
Responsibilities
  • Develop quality & error-free code
  • Learn practices followed by the organization
  • Test and deploy applications and systems
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code
  • Growing technical skills and be an active part of technical transformation in the company
